this kavanaugh hearing only further proves how much women truly aren’t able to speak about anything without being ridiculed and put down. these senators are defending him, giving him pep talks, essentially throwing out various “boys will be boys” statements about his actions in high school and college, all while completely disregarding blasey ford’s allegations. they question and wonder why it takes us so long to come forward when we are assaulted. this is why. because once we gather the courage, the strength to confront our assault, to face our abusers, we are the ones punished. we are the ones with our characters questioned, with our integrity questioned. this hearing just shows how much is wrong with society, with the nation, because they’re right when they say this is just a Very Big job interview and not a real investigation. but a sexual assault allegation would have anyone immediately ruled out for nearly any other position. why should it be any different for a judge on the nation’s highest court?

I saw the original post on Reddit. That’s all 4 years worth of homework (they save it up for this tradition) and the underclass men clean it up (3 years of cleaning it up earns you the right to do it your senior year). The janitorial staff are there to hand out trash bags, but that’s it.
